A commission for :iconfangluva:, whom I think the tea-sipping coyote is supposed to represent. It seems that as the sheep plays the piano, it causes the garden to grow. I like to think it's the music that is magic, but it could be the sheep or the piano or something else entirely. v0v

What tools did you use to make this? It has a really intriguing quality I can't quite put my finger on.

The lines were done on paper with pen and ink. I moved onto the computer to colour it in GIMP using mostly plain brush strokes and the smudge tool. I made ample use of layering and masking. The image had 81 layers in all.

aaahhh you finally finished this piece! It turned out excellent. I really like the piano itself
